Mast Support
Insulated pipe clamp, what’s it called.?
POCO came and hooked up my new service today. The installer said there was supposed to be a insulated pipe clamp for him to tie the support cable onto instead of wrapping it around the mast. He told me it’s basically a conduit clamp with a porcelin insulator on it. I’m tryin to find one on the internet so I know what to call it andI dont look like a moron when I goto the electrical supply house. Anyone know what I should ask for when I get there.

000-M07 IBM Tivoli Storage Manager Technical Sales Mast
The IBM Tivoli Storage Manager Technical Sales Mast is one of the certifications that would allow you to handle two different but interrelated jobs at the same time. You would be able to perform tasks like planning, verification of solution, install, configure, administration, problem detection and determination, customize, migrate, demonstration of product and documentation. The other skills that you would develop would be of technical sales and you should be able to sell a product or sets of it at good profit and ensuring the customer on satisfaction.
The IBM Tivoli Storage Manager Technical Sales Mast is the certification with the examination code of 000-M07 and you would be expected to complete your job without any assistance from the peers, vendor support services and product documentation. The job would not be easy and that is why this certification would help you go through it.
You should have some skills already developed to take up this certification like, working with O.S., networking, TSM, storage device knowledge, hardware knowledge, encryption techniques and scripting skills, basic knowledge of system maintenance, snapshot technology, application backup and recovery techniques.
You can get the topics and the syllabus over the internet on the IBM website. You should be able to get a minimum of 74% to pass the 000-M07 test and get the certification. The number questions that you would have to answer are 70 and within a time limit of 105 minutes that is 1 hour 45 minutes.
