Twin Pack
i have purchased a twin pack set of phones of which one handset is faulty?
i purchased twin bt synergy 4500 from google phones on 8th december 2008,it appears one handset is faulty as have tried with the aid of bt to reset.I need to contact google phones customer services in order to report problem as their name is against transaction on bank statement but cannot find a contact
Are you sure you didn’t purchase your phones from a different retailer which had a Google Checkout option? You should search your email for the bill of sale if you don’t still have the paper one that came with the phones. Google Checkout only deals with the financial end of the transaction, not with providing or delivering the product. You’ll have to contact the web retailer you went to before you checked out with Google Checkout. You can also log into Google Checkout and look at your transaction history at http://checkout.google.co.uk/ That should allow you to identify the retailer. Perhaps it was BT? They use Google Checkout as an option…

Ten Essentials for New Twins
Having a baby is a wonderful experience, and for many people around the world that experience is doubly blessed by the expectation of twins! However, this also means that you are going to need double of everything, so you may want to start with only the absolute essentials.
Diapers
One baby will go through a ton of diapers, especially as a newborn and of course, twins will go through even more. Lay in a good supply of diapers for your new twins. Most twins are premature so it may be a bit tricky trying to prepare with the right size and amount of diapers. One thing you can do is purchase gift cards and lay them aside for future diaper purchases. This way if one twin grows more quickly you will be prepared.
Blankets
Infants feel more secure when they are swaddled so you will want to make sure you have adequate swaddling blankets available. The first few months with twins will be a trying and tiring time, which means laundry, may be lower on the priority list. Having a few extra blankets for the babies is a good idea.
Housekeeping
If you can find a little extra money in the budget for a housekeeper, you will thank the heavens that you did! Sleeping and feeding times will be your constant rotation during the first few months with your twins and a housekeeper will feel like a God send.
Double Stroller
You will want to get out of the house every once in awhile and taking the kids along will likely be necessary, at least some of the time. When you have a good double stroller or comparable travel system your life will be so much easier.
Bouncy Seats
An absolute essential piece of baby equipment is the bouncy seat. These handy devices are great for soothing an irritable child to sleep as they include a vibrating pack. Do yourself a favor and have two of these seats ready and waiting for your new twins.
Clothing
Twins of course will also need double the amount of clothing. Onesies, undershirts, sleepers and socks are all essential items that you can stock up on before the babies get here. Once the babies arrive, you may want to find cute coordinating outfits for your new twins.
Feeding Time
As with the rest of their supplies, twins will need double the feeding utensils. Whether you breast feed or use formula, you will need bottles on the occasions when you are unable to breast feed or when it comes time to wean the babies.
Car Seats
Twins can share many things, particularly when they are small however, there are a few items they simply must have all to themselves and that is a car seat.
High Chairs
As your twins grow, their needs will change, when they become toddlers the bouncy seat will no longer be an adequate place to feed them. You will need two high chairs at some point in the near future.
Bunk Beds
However, twins tend to remain very close throughout their lifetime when they reach a certain age they may not want to share the same sleeping space. Bunk Beds are a great solution to the problem. Bunks will allow them to remain close, while giving them a bit of freedom at the same time.
