Reverse Polarity

Is there a way to reverse the polarity of a magnet, either electronically or not?
I was thinking maybe somehow with an electromagnet, but I’m not entirely sure.
Yes. An electromagnet strong enough to exceed the coercive force of the permanent magnet can reverse the permanent magnet’s polarity

Polar Shift In 2012? – The Mayan Prophecy Explored
The ancient Mayan culture (as well as other cultures and individuals) predict great change and possible destruction in the latter half of 2012. The 2012 topic has entered mainstream culture during the last few years and will continue to be debated until the date has passed.
The most intriguing theory of the 2012 prediction is the possibility of a polar shift. Numerous 2012 researchers believe this to be the event the Mayans were warning us about.
When a polar shift happens, the magnetic poles (north and south) flip, causing a reversal. Polar shifts are not just theory, they are scientific fact. They have occurred in the past and are predicted to occur again. The last polar shift took place about one million years ago and shifts have been shown to occur approximately 750,000 years apart. It seems we’re overdo.
Another ominous sign is that for the last 2,000 years our magnetic field has been steadily decreasing in intensity. Some believe this decreasing intensity to be the precursor of a shift.
What are the consequences for our planet and civilization if this event takes place?
One event we can expect is failure of the electrical grid, we would immediately be thrown back to the 19th century. Others believe we would experience a huge increase in earthquakes and volcanic activity. During the shift, the magnetic field would be weakened significantly, possibly disappearing altogether. If this happened, people would be exposed to dangerous and possibly lethal doses of radiation from the sun; at the very least, skin cancer rates would skyrocket.
What can we do to prepare and protect ourselves and our family’s?
It would be beneficial to distance yourself from fault lines and volcanoes in case of geologic disturbances. In a less disastrous scenario, canned goods and survival preps could mean the difference between life and death. And, taking refuge someplace underground would help shield you from radiation. Self-sufficiency would be the key to surviving a polar shift.
In the end, no one can say with certainty what will happen in 2012. Explore the 2012 phenomena more by clicking Polar Shift 2012. Educate yourself and make up your own mind.
