I have a Motorola Razr V3 phone. The original battery is dead anyone know of a good replacement battery?

I have tried using the Motorola BR50 battery and they suck. I have had three of them. Can anyone recommend a good replacement and where I can buy it from. I’m from Canada. Thanks for any help you can give me.
