Kenwood Microphone
6 x 9 Problems?
What would make a 6 x 9 act like a microphone? When i tap on the cone of my 6 x 9, i hear the “thump” come out my subs. How and why is this since the subs arent connected to the 6 x 9’s in any way? I have a ilo deck, two Sony twelves, 1200 watt ‘07 Kenwood amp, and factory speakers in the doors. Any help would be nice. Thanks in advance.
Well a microphone works the same way a speaker does, except it is used as an input, and is then amplified. So a speaker as a microphone does not surprise me, but how it is finding its way to the sub amp is interesting.
