L. Malcolm Hamilton Jr. told his family his goal was never to retire, only leaving his car dealership in Irwin when someone literally carried him out. Mr. Hamilton, owner and operator of Hamilton Buick, GMC, Mazda and Subaru for the past 55 years, nearly fulfilled his wish. He continued to work full time until entering the hospital in mid-November.
