Nicknamed ‘Inky’ early in life, this photographer was well-rounded
93-year-old Joe “Inky” Rusczek, of Wallingford, holds a 35mm film camera he used while a photojournalist for the Record Journal. Ruszek is a WWll army veteran and a ham radio hobbyist.
